Since custom regulations may change without advice, our recommendation is to contact us, whenever you have an especial shipment. Following the basic requirements for imports to Panama:

Airway Bill or Bill of Lading, 3 Originals + 2 Copies.

Commercial Invoice, Original + 2 Copies.

Packing List,2 Copies.

*
Food products, Original Certificate of Origin + 2 Copies.

Wood products, documents (including copy of the Certificate of Origin) must be sent in advance via fax (previous to cargo arrival) to initiate clearing process.

In order to prevent any problem, it is a good idea to send us a pre-alert of the shipment coming, with as much information you can include, so that we can check the documentation.
