Since custom regulations may change without
advice, our recommendation is to contact us, whenever you have an especial
shipment. Following the basic requirements for imports to Panama:

Airway Bill or Bill of
Lading, 3 Originals + 2 Copies.

Commercial Invoice,
Original + 2 Copies.
*
Packing List,2 Copies.
*
Food products, Original
Certificate of Origin + 2 Copies.
*
Wood products, documents
(including copy of the Certificate of Origin) must be sent in
advance via fax (previous to cargo arrival) to initiate clearing
process.
*
In order to prevent any
problem, it is a good idea to send us a pre-alert of the shipment
coming, with as much information you can include, so that we can
check the documentation.
